可使用最为常用的电阻温度监测器
对现有装置改装非常容易

Area of application

通过 SM 1231 RTD 模块，使用技术成熟的电阻温度监测器，可高精度的对温度进行测量。可用于 CPU 1211、1212、1214。

Design

SM 1231 RTD 模块的结构特点和其他 S7-1200 系列模块的相同：

安装在 DIN 导轨上：
将模块卡装到 CPU 右侧的导轨上，互相连接以后再通过集成背板总线连接到 CPU 12xx。
直接安装：
通过钻孔，可将模块直接螺栓安装到墙壁上。在易受剧烈振动的场合建议采用这种安装方式。
电阻传感器：
可使用最为常用的电阻温度监测器：Pt 100、Pt 200、Pt 500、Pt 1000、Pt 10000、Ni 100、Ni 120、Ni 1000、Cu 10、FS 150、FS 30、FS 600。可以无需使用放大器直接连接到模块上，并且所有 RTD 的类型必须相同。探测器可以采用 2、3 或 4 线制连接。
安装位置：
为了实现最大的测量和重复精度，应将 RTD 模块安装在温度变化较小的位置。
DIP 开关：
所需设置（如所连 RTD 的选择）应通过模块上的 DIP 开关进行。

不同的量程:
电阻温度监测器类型：Pt 100、Pt 200、Pt 500、Pt 1000、Pt 10000、Ni 100、Ni 120、Ni 1000、Cu 10、FS 150、FS 30、FS 600。
温度单位：
温度测量单位可以用 ℃ 或 ℉。
