DOTITE XA-492 is one-component thermosetting electrically conductive paste.
ADVANTAGE:
DOTITE FA-492 has excellent electrical conductivity and performance properties even
mixed with carbon. It works by screen printing.
RECOMMENDED USE:
Membrane touch switch or any electrically conductive pass where flexibility is
required.

*1 Viscotester VT-04 (RION), No.2 rotor, @23 ± 2℃
*2 Drying Schedule:150℃ ×30 min.
*3 Cross cut tape test on polyester film (100μm), Drying Schedule:150℃ ×30 min.
METHOD OF USE:
Premix preparation : Stir the content thoroughly to become uniform viscosity.
Viscosity Adjustment : The product is supplied as ready-for-use. Use Dotite P Thinnerfor minor adjustment.
Substrate Preparation : Eliminate oil, dust and static electricity on the surface.
Application : Screen printing. Tetron or stainless steel screen. 150-250 mesh.
Cleaning solvent : Dotite SC-5 Thinner is recommended for screen cleaning.
CURING SCHEDULE:
Forced air circulating convection oven : 150℃ ×30 min.
PACKAGE: 500g , 1 kg / plastics bottle
WARRANTY/STORAGE CONDITION:
Warranty is shown on each label of the container. Four (4) months after production when
stored before opening the lid at below 10℃ .The storage of Dotite XA-492 go at less than
10℃ ,more than 0℃ .
HANDLING CAUTION:
a. This product is a flammable liquid. Keep away from heat, open flame, spark or any
flash source during application.
b. The lid of the container should tightly be close after use.
c. Use adequate ventilation to work area. Avoid prolonged breathing of vapor.
d. Avoid skin and eye contact. In the case of skin contact, wash with soap water. In the
case of eye contact, flush with a large quantity of warm water and consult physician.
e. Do not ingest. In the case of ingestion, see a doctor.
