1. Scope
This specification applies to SJ-VLD05015
2. Materials and Processing Method
SJ-VLD05015 is polyurethane foam sheet. It is manufactured by continuously casting and curing mechanically frothed to the desired thickness and density.
It is supported by casting onto the polyester film (PET), thus excellent support and balance. It contains no plasticizer to migrate, which may cause contamination.

4. Dimensions
The dimensions and tolerance of the SJ-VLD05015 shall be conformed to Table 1.

5. Quality
Characteristics : The characteristics of the SJ-VLD05015 shall be conformed to Table 2.

6. Test methods
6-1. Thickness : to be measured thickness gauge.
6-2. Density : to be measured in ASTM D3574
6-3. Compression Set : to be measured in ASTM D395
6-4. 25% Compression Force Deflection : to be measured in ASTM D3574
7. Inspection
Definition of lot : SJ-VLD05015 is made same material and processed by same that of applied lot shall be marked.
8. Packaging
The log roll shall be packed by film not to be damaged for appearance and pack into the corrugated paperboard box of suitable size for a quantity.
The corrugated paperboard box size is 355㎜×410㎜×615㎜ (W*H*L)

9. Marking
Following items shall be marked at a readily visible part of the packaged products;
9-1. Item name : SJ-VLD05015
9-2. Lot No. : As according to manufactured date
9-3. Dimension : Thickness/Width/Length
9-4. Manufacturer' name : SJfoamWorks Co., Ltd
10. Condition of storage and guarantee of quality
Please keep in a dried condition at room temperature.
On the above condition, the quality of the product is guaranteed for 1 year from manufacture.
