ALARM Lamp : If this lamp is ON,Power fail, fan error or abnorma l high temperature is detected. 4.PLOAD/RUN Lamp PROGRAM LOAD : Pressing this SW starts TPU operation and executes TPU SDIAG. RUN Lamp : If this lamp is ON,that means TPU is operating. 5.POWER This SW turns ON/OFF the power supply of the system. This SW becomes effective when the READY lamp is ON. 6.Circuit Protector This is the breaker for PBVCC of TH1,2. 2-53 2000.3.10
