首先IP68是什么意思？

What does IP68 mean first?

IP68的首位数字（6）代表防尘等级，0~6，数字越大代表等级越高；

而IP68的末位数字（8）代表防水等，0~8，数字越大代表等级越高。

顺便普及下防水的等级：

1：水滴滴入到外壳无影响

2、什么是纳米涂层

2. What is nanoscale coating

纳米涂层实际上就是一种原理相当于半透膜的一种物理结构，它的孔隙体积是水分子体积的700倍，但是是水滴体积的两万分之一。

Nanoscale coating is actually a physical structure that is equivalent to a semi permeable membrane. Its pore volume is 700 times the volume of water molecules, but it is 1/20000 of the volume of water droplets.

3、两者的区别以及优缺点

区别：

Difference:

密封胶条主要用于接缝处以及经常活动的外部件比如按钮以及卡槽。

纳米涂层主要用于内部密封，其作用是保证触点的正常工作并且密封内部形成固定的气压，主要用于外部开孔部件如耳机孔、充电接口、听筒等。

The nano coating is mainly used for internal seal. Its function is to ensure the normal work of the contact and to form a fixed air pressure inside the seal. It is mainly used for external opening parts, such as earphone holes, charging interfaces, and the receiver.

 

优点：

Advantage:

密封胶条的优点主要是耐用，较外接刺激做出的反应较为稳定，造价较低，维修后可以再造。

The advantages of the sealant strip are mainly durable, and the reaction is more stable than external stimulation, the cost is lower, and the repair can be rebuilt after maintenance.

纳米涂层的优点就是可以保持外形以及结构的不变，所有元器件贴完后加入浸泡pcb的工序或喷涂即可，维修方便，散热，而且防水性能优越。

The advantage of the nano coating is that it can keep the shape and the structure unchanged. After all the components are attached, the PCB process is added or sprayed. It is convenient for maintenance, heat dissipation, and the waterproof performance is superior.

 

缺点：

Shortcomings:

密封胶条的缺点给设备带来更大的体积，散热性较差，外部胶圈容易脱落。

The disadvantages of the sealant strip bring more volume to the equipment, less heat dissipation, and easy to fall off the outer aprons.

纳米涂层技术的缺点就是防水性能随着使用时间而衰减，成本较高，对外界的动作反应敏感。

The drawback of nano coating technology is that waterproofing performance is attenuated with the use time, high cost and sensitive to external action.

虽然这两者都有优点缺点，但是在防水手机中，两者的身影都会出现，由于两者的不同分工，手机的防水才得以实现。
