工作描述:
直销销售代表全权负责通用电气医疗集团在当地的所有相关销售业务,探寻客户需求并向客户推荐适合的医疗设备产品,达成销售业绩。维护通用电气医疗集团在当地的客户形象,保证公司在当地的长期发展。
主要职责
1.分析和反馈当地的客户和市场医疗设备信息
2.建立和维护客户关系
3.根据客户需求,为客户推荐合适的产品,制定和执行销售计划,完成销售任务。
4.配合和协调内部各部门的运作,确保销售实现。
任职要求
1.大专或以上学历,医学,工程背景优先;
2.2年以上大型电子/机械设备销售经验,有医疗器械销售经验优先
3.有政府项目销售经验优先考虑
4.高度诚信和敬业精神,遵守公司相关规定;
5.较强的市场开拓和沟通能力
6.有战略的眼光看待市场,开拓性的思路,良好的执行力
7.良好的内外沟通技能;
8.团队工作的技能(包括寻找和利用各种资源达成目标的能力)
9.能够承受相应压力,并拥有自我学习的意愿和能力
Description:
As the full representative of GE to customers, the Direct Sales Rep is the one takes overall customer care responsibility, from learning the customers needs, proposing GE product, following up the deal to closing the deal and bridging the post-sales relationships between the company and the customer.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1.Collect assigned market information about customer needs to GE healthcare equipments, including CT, MR, DXR, SAVI, U/S and monitors.
2.Build up relationship with local customer: local governments, hospital, and luminary…
3.Build up and execute the sales plan for customers, from understanding customer\'s needs, to presenting GE products, to deal closing and post sales customer care.
4.Work together with internal department during the whole sales process, to act as the focal point for customer in terms of product configuration, tendering, contract negotiation, deal closing and delivery and collection.
Required Qualifications:
1.Have good knowledge about market analysis, planning, development; good business acumen
2.Strategic, creative thinking, good at execution
3.Passionate, hardworking, ambitious, strongly self-motivated; highly fond of sales job, enjoy challenge
4.Mature, persistent, not easy to give up under pressure;
5.Easy going, good at building trustful relationship with customers, with strong communication and influencing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1.College degree and above
2.At least 2 years related experience in selling big electronic/mechanical equipment to commercial customers. Ever independently proposed and closed sales deal with customers, with a success.
3.Candidates with Government project experience are highly preferred
4.Candidates with Medical Equipment are highly preferred
5.Aware of and comply with the GEHC compliance policy as they apply to this position
